It's The Great Pumpkin...Charlie Brown!

I finally worked my last graveyard last night, came home and slept as long as I felt like it. Normally I try and get up by noon, but I wanted to feel rested today and it worked. For once, I feel my house is clean, I have no where to run, dinner is in order, so I'm actually going to sit down at my desk and do some prep for my scrapbooking retreat next weekend.

Speaking of scrapbooking, I received an email from Mouse Memories today and they had some great new Charlie Brown Holiday Stickers.  Check them out, if you are a Charlie Brown fan, they are very cute!

Last night, I also worked on some projects for Belinda, using the new Cheerful Seasons, Creative Memories Cricut Cartridge. For those cricut nuts like me, it's a great addition to the CM line of products. I also loved the designs in the Reminisce Accent Cartridge. These cut outs are perfect for a heritage album. The visions in my head are dancing!

Now I want to share my new wreath. When I seen these sparkly picks at Michaels early in the season, I new I had to buy them THEN. Sure enough, a few weeks later they were all gone. I had the picks, but I had no wreath. They had some awesome feather wreaths, but the regular Christmas type wreath in black was much cheaper. The bow was made from ribbon I bought at the dollar store and the Welcome Sign was something I picked up on clearance last year from Target.  Purple is my favorite color, so having this sparkly, purple wreath on my door makes me SMILE.

Another great thing about October is watching all the "The Most Terrifying Places in America" episodes on the Travel channel. I learn all kind of history and great stories about ghost and the possibilities. I was a little shocked when the first episode I watched, featured Cheeseman Park in Denver. I've lived in Colorado all my life and have NEVER heard the history of the park and how it  use to be a graveyard. Here are some links. One talks about the HISTORY, another actually talks about CURRENT HAUNT STORIES.

I'll finish off with one of my Halloween swap cards. This one is one of my favorites so far! I love Vintage Halloween images.
