I heard about this wonderful organization and think it's a great way to celebrate your own birthday. Instead of getting a gift you don't really need, why not make a birthday special for a little one, going through a rough time. Birthday Buddies, is a a great way to share the excitement of charity with your kids. Who doesn't feel special, after a great birthday?
Thank you Erica on Alice 105.9 for bringing this up on the air. In one day, since talking about her experience with the organization, Birthday Buddies recruited over 60 new volunteers.
